These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between JKC8 and all registered users of the platform. By creating an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "Member") and JKC8 ("the Platform", "the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gambling and sports betting service accessible at jkc8.cam and any associated mobile applications or sub-domains operated under the JKC8 brand.

A registered user account created on the JKC8 Platform following successful completion of the registration process and, where required, identity verification (KYC). Each User may hold only one Account at any time.
Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or cryptocurrency-equivalent amounts held in a Player Account, comprising deposited funds, bonus credit, and winnings, subject to applicable wagering requirements and withdrawal conditions.
Any non-cash incentive, free credit, free spin, cashback, or reward offered by JKC8 to Players under specific promotional terms. Bonus funds are subject to additional wagering requirements as detailed in Section 7.
The identity verification process required under applicable regulations, including submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, and, where applicable, proof of payment method. KYC completion is required before withdrawals are processed.
The total cumulative bet amount a Player must place using bonus funds before those funds, or winnings derived therefrom, become eligible for withdrawal. Expressed as a multiplier (e.g., X10 means ten times the bonus amount).
To be eligible to register and maintain an active Player Account on the JKC8 Platform, a User must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
JKC8 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point. Players found to be ineligible at the time of registration, or who become ineligible at any subsequent point, may have their Account suspended and their funds dealt with in accordance with these Terms and applicable regulations.
Each individual may register one (1) Player Account only. The registration of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all account balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
During registration, Players are required to provide a valid username, a secure password, a working email address, a Malaysian mobile phone number, and accurate personal identity information including full legal name and date of birth. JKC8 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify this information at any time.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. JKC8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to an Account where the Player has failed to keep their credentials secure. Players must notify JKC8 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if they suspect unauthorised access to their Account.
JKC8 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on all Player Accounts. 2FA can be activated from the Account Settings menu and provides a significant additional layer of protection against unauthorised access.
KYC Verification: Players must complete identity verification (KYC) before withdrawing any funds from their Account. KYC requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID (Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or equivalent) and may additionally require proof of address (a recent utility bill or bank statement) and proof of the payment method used for deposits.
JKC8 accepts deposits exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following approved payment channels: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and selected cryptocurrency networks including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB Chain (BNB).
The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 (or cryptocurrency equivalent). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method, tier, and verification status. Players may review their current deposit limits within the Account Dashboard.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared accounts, or anonymous payment sources are prohibited and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of deposited funds pending investigation.
JKC8 does not charge fees for deposits, however, the Player's financial institution, e-wallet provider, or cryptocurrency network may impose independent transaction fees, for which JKC8 accepts no responsibility.
Cryptocurrency Deposits: Cryptocurrency deposit amounts are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmed network settlement. JKC8 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time a crypto transaction is initiated and the time it is confirmed on-chain.
Players may request withdrawal of eligible funds at any time, subject to the following conditions being satisfied in full:
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawal processing times are: Gold VIP members — within 30 minutes; Silver members — within 4 hours; Bronze members — within 24 hours. Processing times are measured from the point of approval, not from initial submission. Requests submitted during peak periods or requiring additional verification may take longer.
JKC8 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of due-diligence checks, including but not limited to: source-of-funds verification, KYC document review, or investigation of suspected fraudulent or suspicious activity. JKC8 will communicate the reason for any delay to the affected Player within a reasonable timeframe.
JKC8 offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, and VIP-tier rewards. All bonuses are governed by these General Terms and any specific promotional terms communicated at the time of offer.
The following general bonus conditions apply to all JKC8 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:
All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal eligibility is unlocked. The applicable multiplier (e.g., X10, X15, X20) will be specified in each promotion's terms. For example, a X15 rollover on a RM 100 bonus requires total bets of RM 1,500 using bonus funds before a withdrawal request can be made.
While a bonus remains active on the Account, the maximum permitted bet per round, spin, or game event is RM 300, unless the specific promotion states a different limit. Bets exceeding this threshold during an active bonus period may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Not all games contribute equally toward the wagering requirement. Standard contribution rates: Video Slots — 100%; Live Casino Table Games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) — 15%; Sports Betting — 50%; Crash & Arcade Games — 30%; Lottery Games — 50%. Specific games may be entirely excluded from bonus wagering — a current list is available via live chat.
All bonuses have a validity window within which the wagering requirement must be completed. If the wagering requirement is not met by the expiry date, the bonus credit and any bonus-derived winnings will be automatically forfeited. Standard expiry windows: Welcome Bonus — 30 days; Reload Bonus — 14 days; Free Spins — 7 days.
Unless otherwise stated, the maximum withdrawal from winnings generated entirely from bonus funds (non-deposit bonuses and free spins) is capped at RM 500 per bonus. Winnings above this cap derived from such bonuses are not eligible for withdrawal.
JKC8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Abuse of the bonus system — including coordinated wagering designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent Account closure.
All bets and wagers placed on the JKC8 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market, in addition to these General Terms. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.
In the event of any discrepancy between a displayed result on the Player's device and the result recorded on JKC8's central servers, the server-side result shall be deemed authoritative and final. JKC8 uses certified random number generator (RNG) systems for all casino games, independently audited for fairness and compliance.
For sports betting markets, including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other events, all bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body. In the event of postponement, cancellation, or abandonment of an event, JKC8's standard void-and-refund policy will apply. JKC8 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets accepted due to a palpable error in odds or game conditions, and to return the staked amount to the Player's Account balance.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the JKC8 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:
JKC8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account, at its sole discretion, for any of the following reasons:
Where an Account is closed due to a breach by the Player, JKC8 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Account balance pending investigation. Where funds are determined to have been obtained in breach of these Terms, they will be forfeited. Where an Account is closed at JKC8's discretion without cause, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JKC8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.
JKC8 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance and unscheduled outages may occur. JKC8 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.
In all circumstances where JKC8 is found liable to a Player, the maximum aggregate liability of JKC8 shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
JKC8 is committed to protecting the personal data of all Players in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data by JKC8 is governed in full by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
By accepting these Terms, Players consent to the processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the use of personal data for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and, where consent has been given, promotional communications.
Players may exercise their data subject rights — including the right of access, rectification, erasure, and restriction of processing — by submitting a written request to the JKC8 Data Protection team. Contact details are provided in Section 16.

JKC8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material amendments will be communicated to Players via a notice on the Platform homepage, account notification, or email to the registered address, with a minimum of seven (7) days' advance notice before the amended Terms take effect.
Where a Player does not accept the amended Terms, they may close their Account and withdraw any eligible balance prior to the amendment's effective date by contacting JKC8 support. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment shall constitute the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms.
The version number and effective date shown in the header of this document reflect the most recently published version of these Terms. JKC8 recommends that Players review these Terms periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which JKC8 holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve such dispute through direct communication with JKC8 Customer Support in the first instance.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within thirty (30) days of written notification, either party may escalate the matter to a competent authority or arbitration body as designated by the applicable licensing jurisdiction. JKC8 will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation or arbitration process.
Nothing in this clause shall limit a Player's statutory rights under the laws of their country of residence.
