Age verification is a mandatory step in the JKC8 account registration and KYC process. Players are required to confirm their date of birth at registration and to provide government-issued identity documents (Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or equivalent) confirming their age before withdrawal access is unlocked.
If JKC8 discovers or reasonably suspects that a user is under 21 years of age, the relevant account will be suspended immediately, all funds pending in the account will be held for regulatory review, and any personal data associated with the underage user will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purposes of completing the investigation and complying with applicable reporting obligations.
